Forever in my unending quest to bring the most cutting edge raw talent in the city of Anderson County which you probably are aware of by now which, I often refer to as the initials A.N.D, which is nothing new if you have kept your ears to the street. But I digress on that point for the moment to bring you something that is extremely refreshing and brand new if I may say so myself at this time. I always make it a priority to give love and support to the ladies around the city that are setting trends, trail blazing in whatever field of business or entrepreneurship that they may excel in. Ladies and gentlemen (haters not included) it brings me overwhelming pleasure to shine the talent spotlight on a young sister by the name of Roshanda (Kiki) Brawner better known as Ms. RKayBee if you frequent Youtube like I do in my spare time for sampling the local artist cuisine from the city wide buffet of talent here in Anderson.

Ms Brawner is a young videographer phenom that in appearance is small in stature, which can be very deceiving, plus add in her unassuming persona, and her immense gifted talent behind a 1080p High Definition camera. Trust me its lights out quickly for those who sometimes sleep on appearances when it comes to “KiKi” folks. How do I know of such things you may be wondering right? Because that’s exactly what happened to me as my recollection would have it, recounting my first encounter when stumbling upon the CEO & Chief editor of RKayBee Productions while at my job. I always tell people things happen for a reason whether you recognize it at that very moment or not. And in this case as fate would have it I was checking out a Jugg Money video (Teach You How 2 Jugg) while on the job and she walks in. To make a long story short I never fathom that she was the young woman that actually shot and edited this vid. I was like WOW you’re the woman who shot this video and I knew at that very moment she was a rare pearl in this sometimes filthy oyster of a business we call entertainment. Her work and achievements as a videographer spans and includes but not limited to such projects as Basketball Promo commercials forLegacy Charter School, as aforementioned she filmed the video for the up and coming A.N.D. rap artist Jugg Money entitled “Teach You how 2 Jugg”, commercials for “Virtuous Salon & Spa” filmed rapper Killz video “Inner Thoughts”, rappers Young & Foolish, Pretty A1 $h#%-Twerk, KMilla Dance Choreography video, rappers Jer-zey Boys - Aint no stopping” Shawn McCoy, Yard Boyz video “Top Flo” and to top that impressive list off she filmed the live performance of Atlanta based Rapper Future onstage when he touched down in the A.N.D back in 2012. She has a small build to her frame maybe around a 5 foot 5 build, petite nice looking as well, but her talent is highly concentrated and she wields a mean cam when it’s time to shoot and take care of business. Well well, well, what can I say? I guess I will start off reminding the whole city about over a year ago, on the "Clips from the Movie Child Support" page of this very site and I quote” So to all his detractors when it's ready to hit the street's for public consumption it will and those who lament it ain't never coming out!! As the old saying goes "Put Ya Money Where Ya Mouth is",knowing Prafessa & his Grand Mother personally for years I've learned one thing from them both.......DON'T BET AGAINST HER GRAND SON PRAFESSA when you do, you just motivate him..”

Frankly I never had a doubt he wouldn’t deliver nor his business/script writer co-partner on this project Anthony “Ant” Wideman. I think what most people who cried early on it wasn’t never coming out did not realize the time & resources needed to undertake a monumental project like this with little to no financial backing. One must first take into account getting the actors & actress’s scheduling in sync with the producers to film not to mention getting the most out of each performance in front of the camera. I tip my hat to P&W Film Production & the Go Hard Media crew who continued to press on forward to serve up a quality product with all the bells & whistles, even after an uncompleted copy had been leaked to the public over a year ago.

Anyone familiar with the entertainment industry knows this is just a part of the game and it happens quite frequently. But never fear P&W Films communicated to me, there is a lot of footage not previously included in the bootleg that’s in a lot of peoples possession here around the city. Personally I feel whether you have a bootleg copy or not go out and buy the official release to support these brothers because the actors were superb in this urban reality drama. They made us look hella good meaning the A.N.D., the whole damn city now let’s return the favor by supporting and showing all over the upstate the true players we really are…Peace Dj Tuc

Anderson Cell, Dj Tuc and The Hit AMC series "The Walking Dead" what do they all have in common?

It’s 2014 and 2013 is now in the annals of the history bin, but fear not for with the new year comes about new change. This twelve month calendar year begins for me with the spotlight being gleamed on a special team in the A.N.D.’s plethora of rising entrepreneurs. These guys are making alot of noise on the street with their cellphone and gold exchange grind here on the city’s far North West side of town. Who am I speaking of so lavishly? Of course the electronic power players over at Anderson Cell who have been shaking things up a bit on the digital communications scene by garnering the attention of the competition throughout a ten to twenty mile radius all over Anderson County. They have found a way to reshape and renew how business is done without alienating or rendering people as just mere customers.

They have discarded the old business as usual approach which is so dated nowadays, for an intuitive more innovative formula of recognizing people as “clients” and not android or I-phone robots. Lifted from their website AndersonCell.com they explain it this way “Customers are nameless, faceless beings that line up at a checkout counter, they pay, they leave End of story. Whereas a “Client” receives a full service experience!” That statement says a whole lot right there on the company’s business ethics and probably why in only four years they have become so popular with people from all walks of life city wide. They are located in Lake Side Shopping Center at 302 Pearman Dairy Rd almost adjacent to Big Lots. I have learned due to their rapid growth coupled with nearing the end of their present lease agreement, that in fact they have opted to move this March 1 2014 folks, next door for more spacious accommodations which should benefit all according to co-partner Joey Stubblefield. How’s that for a little inside baseball for all my readers? Being the A.N.D. representa/journalist I am known to be, without further a do let’s put some names to some faces shall we.

Starting from left to right(L-R) in the picture below we have “Carlos (los) Willingham” the pawn shop pro for years all around the city. Next to him with arms folded is Cell phone guru “ Joey “The Original Bada$$” Stubblefield. FYI folks I recently coined this title for him because he's an old ex devil dog (marine). Ha! Ha!. The guy in the checkered flannel shirt is “Mac Meadows” throwing up the WestSide dubs he’s also ex-military and a Greenville tech grad and a movie fanatic I found out. The man next to him needs no introduction he’s one of the A.N.D.’s best kept secrets. Television and film actor slash writer and precious metals connoisseur “Adam Minarovich” how’s that for an Anderson County little known factoid? If you’re a fan of the AMC series “The Walking Dead” you can catch him in the first season of the show as the character “Ed Peletier” on the hit drama. Also check out his cinematic screen writer talents in the 2013 motion picture “Pawn Shop Chronicles” now available on DVD Starring the late Paul Walker & Vincent D’OnoFrio of Law and Order and also Chi Macbride among many other well accredited actors. The Guy holds his own no doubt on screen, he remains very humble and down to earth in my opinion for such major accomplishments. He finished up a taping on location in L.A. recently but I won;t let the cat out of the bag just yet. Sorry!!! Hoover Deuce & North Side Still Stacking Extra Knots..

When being the forerunner of Spot Lighting talent independently in and around the city of the A.N.D. I HAVE NO BIAS to what part of town a skilled artist slash lyricist comes from. LET"S GET THAT STRAIGHT RIGHT OFF THE BAT!!! That would be just ignorant right fam? And Tuc don't advocate such foolishness ya heard. Anderson has much untapped talent whether it be from the south to the west to the east to the North of the Lower district of the city. In this blurb we rotate the talent lime light over towards Hoover Deuce and all my North Side A.N.D. peoples. I've heard the deuce man on featured Go Hard produced records over the years and peeped his video last spring aptly title "North Side" featuring Redzilla up on youtube.

It was a tight joint at my first listen as I recall, because up until then I had only heard recording artist Pee Wee reppin the North Side when he connected with Prafessa at Go Hard back in the day. Shouts out to rapper Pee Wee hope you come home soon brother. But back to Hoover Deuce this latest joint I heard is lyrically straight gas with a box of matches, Hoover gives it to ya with that North Side swag from his perspective, over a riding booming beat that's guaranteed to have most heads bobbing. Unless your deaf or a born again hater.

Extra Knots is the title of the track the verses and punchlines tingle the senses while spittin facts & street truth with lines that go "YOU Can't BALL if You Can't Feed your Family" real talk with real street sense. That's what the F%*K-ing game is missing right now!! The video lays it all out for the viewer as Hoover makes his points crystal clear for the A.N.D. Streets and beyond. Yo Hoover Deuce this A.N.D.
