Dj T-Rock is what I would call a freak of nature when referring to him as a disc jockey(which he is by definition) but he has always pushed the boundaries as an entertainer beyond that title. What I mean is how many guys that call themselves dj's but can only specialize in one specific style and or genre? Very few! Now if I throw in how many can mix records and grab a mic while in the middle of their set and wake-up a seemingly dead audience with their voice? It becomes even fewer! Now let's throw-in how many dj's can hit the dance floor to kick off a lack luster lethargic party vibe then transform it into a concert atmosphere? I don't know about dj's in other cities but the picking are slim to none here in the A.N.D. Except Dj T-Rock!! NOW LETS FAST FORWARD TO NOW!
Legendary DJ Appreciation Show 2026
The Legendary DJ Appreciation Show 2026, featuring a special performance by DJ T-Rock and Kim Little Harrison his sister, was an amazing night of music, celebration, and community. Held Saturday, August 29, at Southern Soul Bar and Grill, the event brought legendary DJs and supporters together for an unforgettable evening honoring the rich DJ culture of Anderson, South Carolina—da A.N.D.
The music kept everyone on the dance floor all night, with DJ Terry B keeping the energy high. Hosts KG and Dancing Machine Irving Banks helped make the celebration flow smoothly, while Legendary DJs Terry B, Charlie J, Lady Pisces, Two Tons of Fun, Big Ike, DJ Fresh, Gary B, Grand Master C, and Frankie J came together to celebrate their lasting impact.

One of the evening’s most heartfelt moments came when Frankie J unexpectedly called yours truly DJTUC999 to the floor to speak to the festive audience. Frankie J also recognized my contributions as an Honorary Million Dollar DJ of the collective, creating a special and memorable moment for myself personally during the tribute.
The celebration was made possible by the support of executive producer Pauline Brown with her family and friends, including Temisha Brown, April Peppers, Sanquisha Little, Patrina Jones, Melvin Jones, James Jones, and Tiffaney Davis Jones, who helped with tickets, awards, food, and the door. Special thanks also go to Southern Soul Bar and Grill for providing the perfect setting.
It was a pleasure and privilege for me to share in this amazing tribute to the legendary DJs of the A.N.D. Most of all, DJ T-Rock & Pauline Brown, and the entire team thank everyone who attended, danced, supported, and showed love. The Legendary DJ Appreciation Show was more than an event—it was a heartfelt celebration of the DJs who continue to create memories and keep the music alive. THE A.N.D.
